Once you submit the order form, you’ll receive an instant email confirmation summarizing your package and add-ons. Shortly after, we’ll send a PayPal Business Invoice, which needs to be paid before the project begins.

Remember—your slot is secured only after payment is processed. We run on limited availability to craft high-quality edits, so we work with creators ready to take their content seriously.

Refunds are possible, but under structured conditions:

1. Single Drop is possibly be refunded before 24 hours, and 50% of the total price (excluding tax) is deducted, as production likely has already started.

2. Single Drop cannot be refunded after 24 hours, as production likely has already reached finishing stage.

3. Seven Deadly Clips & Viral Stream are possibly refunded before a quarter of videos are produced (e.g., Seven Deadly Clips: refund before the 3rd video, Viral Stream: refund before the 7th video). If you apply a refund after a quarter of videos are produced, refund application is forfeited.

4. If Seven Deadly Clips and Viral Stream package refund requested after 24 hours, 50% of the total price (excluding tax) is deducted, as production likely has already started. If you want a full refund, kindly request before 24 hours after payment.
